Shenzhen Qianhai Metallurgical Construction Technology Development Co., Ltd. was founded in 2018 by the Central Research Institute of Building and Construction (CRIBC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Metallurgical Corporation of China (MCC). Qianhai MCC Technology Building, is led by CRIBC for industry introduction and developed by MCC Real Estate Group Co., Ltd., the core enterprise of the real estate sector of MCC Group.
Central Research Institute of Building and Construction is a large-scale science and technology enterprise that engages in research, promotion, and application of construction and environmental protection technology. It is affiliated to MCC with science and technology research and development as its core. The institute operates businesses of technical consulting services, engineering design and contracting, material industry, energy conservation and environmental protection, overseas business, and environmental protection investment operations.
MCC Real Estate Group Co., Ltd.: It is a large state-owned real estate developer wholly-owned by China Minmetals and MCC Group, and also a core enterprise in the real estate business of MCC Group. It owns two first-level qualifications for real estate development and property management respectively. In 2005, as one of the first group of 16 centrally-administered real estate enterprises accredited by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, it started a new chapter.
